In order to be as fair as possible the following system will be used to determine the draft order:

- I've created 16 different numbered lists ranging from 1-16.  Each number on the list represents a TBD WaFFL team.  Between the 16 different combinations, each number occupies all 16 spots in the draft order meaning everyone has a 1 in 16 chance of drawing into each spot in the draft.  I will use a 20 sided die to determine which number pattern will be used.   Any roll of 17 or higher will be re-rolled until a 1-16 is rolled.

- Once the number pattern has been determined I then use a blind draw pulling teams out of bag.  The teams will be matched with the order of their draw and their place in the selected number pattern with at least one other owner as a witness to the process.
 
EX: I roll a 20 sided die and roll a 10.  That means column #10 will be used to determine the draft.  The first team drawn is MN.  Team #1 is the 4th team listed in column 10 so MN will have the 4th pick in the draft.  The next team drawn is TS.  Team #2 is listed 12th so TS has the 12th pick.  This will continue until the order has been completed.
